Matt Damon stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night, the place he revealed that he’s been spending his days “attempting to maintain up” with fellow Boston native John Krasinski within the fitness center.

“I simply touched your bicep and it’s like a brick,” Colbert advised Damon. “Are you preparing for a task?”
“I’m simply attempting to maintain up with John, is the reality,” Damon advised his host. “John was getting in actually fine condition for this function—he’s doing this Man Ritchie movie (Fountain of Youth).”
